Ryan Catlin is the Owner and CEO of Sunday Creek Property Management, serving property owners throughout Woodstock, Cherokee County, and the surrounding North Georgia area. With hands-on experience in home maintenance and repair, Ryan understands how important it is to have someone paying attention to a property, especially when the owner is miles away.
The idea for Sunday Creek started when someone Ryan knew asked if he knew of a company that could simply keep an eye on their property while they were away. Ryan realized there was a gap. Property owners needed a dependable local person who could be their second set of eyes and ears.
Even the Sunday Creek name has a family connection. It was a name Ryan’s son came up with years earlier, but it stuck with Ryan and eventually became the name of the company. Ryan has been married for 26 years and moved his family to Cherokee County, where he lives and works today. Sunday Creek was built around a simple promise: give property owners confidence that someone local is paying attention to their property when they can’t be there themselves.
